Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your MoodLit purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at support@moodlit.online with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
